Are you new to the area? Have you been thinking about attending a Shabbat service or dinner? Are you looking for a Passover Community Seder? If so, why not consider giving Temple Israel of Catskill a visit now. We would love for you to join our growing congregation of over 90 families. We have a lot to offer both religiously and socially. You can be as active as you’d like.

We are an all-inclusive, welcoming congregation. We hail from a wide variety of traditional and non-traditional Jewish and non-Jewish backgrounds from all over the Hudson Valley, the State of New York, and the United States. Our congregation resides in a 50-mile radius — from Western Massachusetts to the Eastern Catskills and from Dutchess and Ulster counties to the Albany county border. Temple Israel of Catskill proudly remains the only Reform synagogue in Greene County, New York, with over 90 years of service to the community at large.

Attend an Open House at Temple Israel. We hold them twice a year, before services in the spring and fall.  We invite everyone to take a closer look at Temple Israel of Catskill. We are a warm, welcoming group of Reform Jews, and we would like to meet and greet those interested in joining us.
